Designer's Description

France's history is beautiful, just as Noter-Dame is. Noter-Dame lost a part of its history in an accident, a part which many have fond memories of. We want to restore it back to its previous glory in a way that doesn't change its true nature. If we are to add a new page to Noter-Dame's history it must be in association with its previous self. Noter-Dame's spirit is much similar to that of an artist's and shows us that it certainly is first and foremost a piece of art. Noter-Dame is filled with statues and symbols of the holy book, we want to preserve its beauty and for this purpose we must study the holy book, which has inspired the creation of the church itself, and also study the symbols that have made up the majority of the church. If you are thinking about the cross and the symbolic statues that make up the main component of the building, then we are thinking the same and thus moving in the correct direction and based on this we are planning to create a new yet similar feeling, hopefully to erase any bitter memories of bitter accident. We believe that a roof with statues of Pentecost accompanied with crosses will do the trick for us. Although, we also plan to put a gallery under the celling in order to place paintings about Pentecost as a symbol of the church's pure and holy spirit. In addition, we will place the most inspirational part of the holy Bible.27: 35 And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots. 27: 38 Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left.Chapter22: 1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2: 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
